CannaPulseIO isn't a consulting firm that learned cannabis from a whitepaper. It's the system I built for the operations I work within — and opened up to other operators because it works.

I spent 15 years in IT leadership before cannabis. Managing service delivery at scale — at one point overseeing $25M+ annually in enterprise IT operations. That meant building the kind of data infrastructure, reporting systems, and accountability frameworks that large organizations depend on to make good decisions fast.

When I crossed over into cannabis, I expected to find the same level of operational rigor. What I found instead was a fragmented mess — grow data in one system, retail in another, compliance in a third, and wholesale AR in a spreadsheet somebody updated when they had time. Nobody had the full picture. Decisions were made on gut feel and week-old reports, and the margin consequences were real.

So I built what was missing. A live dashboard that pulls every source into one authenticated view — wholesale revenue and AR aging, retail sell-through by store and SKU, compliance data, production metrics. The kind of visibility I'd had in enterprise IT, applied to a vertically integrated cannabis operation.

I recognized a gap in accessing the data I needed, so I built it. Now I build it for other operators.

Beyond the dashboard, I've spent those five years doing what any good operator has to do: launching products that move — not line extensions that collect dust — building wholesale channels, managing accounts, coaching sales teams, tightening operations under margin pressure, and making the calls that actually grow revenue and profit at the same time.
